STEP 1: LISTEN
The first thing we do is to listen. To you, your goals, your industry, your audience. We learn what makes you different. We also separate wants from needs. We are not a typical studio that pushes creativity for creativity’s sake. The simplest option is always the best. Yet, if your project calls for the latest interactive tools, advanced technology and contemporary design techniques, we’re on top of that too. We can offer fresh ideas that push your project further.
STEP 2: DETAILS
We work with you to develop the road map (usually in writing) that reflects what we are setting out to achieve together.
STEP 3: DECIDE
Our designers start with a checklist prompt to gain insight into your requirements
- scope and deliverables
- security levels of materials
- style guides
- accessibility requirements and digital standards
- audience needs and special interest groups
- key messages
- inter-agency considerations
- public awareness
- audience research
We then set to work and provide our client with some initial visual ideas. With your insight and guidance we choose one to refine for final development.
STEP 4: DELIVER
We gain your approval before moving into the final stage of production. Along the way we provide periodic reports of the project’s process that keeps you fully informed. Finally, with an eye on the details, we manage the integrity of the design all the way through to delivery of the physical product. Our aim is to always exceed expectations by analysing, anticipating, adapting and delivering projects to budget and on time.
STEP 5: DEBRIEF
We actively seek out your assessment of how we’ve performed, how the audience is reacting to the product and where, if necessary, processes can be refined.
